    Project Description.

    Project was carried out in 2 steps ;

    1. The existing surface was sandblasted and primed using primer  to create a dampness barrier, fill imperfections and increase adhesion for Polyurea
    2. Polyurea was applied to a flat surface finish by using hot spray technique. Polyurea coating system was applied on steel more than 5 mm in thickness with a target to protect steel from gravel, corrosion and water. The job completed in a short time (2 days) by using fast Polyurea spray system. Officials and the general contractor was satisfied with the project results.
